Rachel has over 15 years’ experience working with some of the UK’s biggest consumer brands; helping Starbucks to build brand loyalty through digital innovation, establishing John Lewis as the nation’s most trusted retailer, launching the Government’s flagship Change4Life programme and building fame for multiple Sony Music artists.

Prior to joining Allegory, Rachel spent three years working as Marketing Director for an independent beauty brand, leading a strategic branding, marketing and design function in-house.
